Your example looks so good. It displays really well the need for matching light sources. There is no harsh or blurry line around you. And it doesn't appear that you needed a whole ton of intricate lighting to get the green screen working.

How would you approach a pole dancing video using a green screen? The 2 main objections I see are: 1) lots of movement which might get messy when removing the background 2) the pole not looking natural after the background is removed. Thanks in advance :)

It is too easy to chroma key these days. Try chroma keying with 16 mm film. That was a challenge. Looks good though. Carry on.
